Windshield Survey Swallowtails Only 10:00-2:34PM
Mid 80’s Partly Cloudy Winds S.E. 5-10

S.E. Block not as wet as other parts of the forest.
FR surveyed 205-286-206-284-211-257-276 and 204

Carolina Redroot was absent from this survey.
Many were nectaring on Tarflower (Bejaria racemosa) or
mineralizing on Forest Roads. Some were nectaring on Buttonbush.

Swallowtail only Surveys done on June-10-12-14-16-17
in John Bethea S.F. and Osceola N.F.
totaled 5,106 Swallowtails.
