Hendry County, FL

With Dusty Rhodes (photos) and Jean McCollom. Saw 7 species in the interior on a native plant walk. Pineland Heliotrope was used by Crescents. Most butterflies were seen roadside nectaring on Horridulum thistle flowers. Laurel Wilt has arrived at the slough, a concern for butterflies using Persea as a host.
